OWN HAVEN HOUSING ASSOCIATION
Providing sought-after, affordable, well managed rental homes.
offering more than just a home
creating thriving communities
Own Haven Housing Association is a Section 21 company that offers high-quality, affordable rental homes. Our properties are strategically located in well-planned communities designed for convenience, comfort, and an enhanced living experience. We go beyond housing by providing community support that fosters long-term sustainability, enriching our tenants’ lives and creating real value for residents and investors alike.

Well managed &
affordable accommodation
We are committed to providing quality, affordable rental accommodation for lower-income families. Our diverse range of housing options supports tenants through every stage of life—facilitating upward mobility while also accommodating 'rightsizing' when needed. Set within thoughtfully designed communities, our properties foster a sense of belonging and stability for residents.

safety & convenience
Our properties are in carefully planned living environments with easy transport routes to schools, hospitals and economic opportunities. We endeavour to provide safe and clean environments for children to grow up in and thrive.

Sense of
community
Our mission is to create a positive sense of community for our tenants by providing sustainable community wellness programmes for the families within our developments and the wider surrounding communities. We want to improve the quality of people’s lives, empower them with skills, and equip them with the necessary knowledge to better their futures.

OUR REGISTERED NPO
INTERVOLVE
Intervolve was established as a registered non-profit organisation and was tasked with achieving the mission of fundraising, managing, and reporting on sustainable community social responsibility programmes. Intervolve provides support to develop sustainable communities that enrich Own Haven tenants’ lives.
Every Own Haven employee is encouraged to spend at least two hours every month participating in one of our social development projects, and we invite the East London community to join in.
